Harry Verenis founded Alagon Real Estate in 2019. He is responsible for the overall direction and growth of the company, as well as maintaining relationships with owners and residents. Harry started his real estate career as a commercial real estate broker and then began investing in properties himself. He created Alagon Real Estate after realizing the disconnect between the traditional property management companies with owners and residents.

Chris McCormack is responsible for the fiscal health of the company and its portfolio properties. Chris holds his CPA and MBA in accounting. Before starting his own accounting practice, Chris gained experience working at a Big Four accounting firm. Aside from the day-to-day accounting responsibilities at Alagon Real Estate, Chris works with owners and investors to implement effective tax strategies.

Bill Shearman is the head of property maintenance at Alagon Real Estate. Bill has over 30 years experience in the property management industry, and started his career working as a plumber. Bill uses his field experience to fix and repair issues in a timely and professional manner.
